The cost of your home care or hospice can be covered by a variety of sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, VA and/or private insurance. Creekside is a Medicare and Medicaid certified agency, and there are no co-pays or out-of-pocket costs for qualified Medicare beneficiaries. Creekside is also on several private insurance panels and will accept other private insurance providers where allowed. If those providers do not cover a service, we offer affordable private pay programs to help keep a family member in their home.
